LA Times Studios, in partnership with Singapore Airlines and the Singapore Tourism Board, brought a world-class dining experience to Los Angeles with GAGGAN USA at E.P. & L.P.

HOW?

This exclusive rooftop pop-up featured bites from one of the world’s top chefs, Gaggan Anand, who crafted an unforgettable menu showcasing Southeast Asian flavors using the best California ingredients.

RESULTS

Guests enjoyed an elevated culinary journey, complemented by signature Singapore Sling cocktails from Tanqueray, Sapporo beer, and Las Jaras wine, creating a dynamic and immersive evening.
